چکیده

Chest wall syndrome is the most frequent cause of chest pain complained by patients admitted to physician’s office, in outward as well emergency department. It may affect all ages with sex ratio 1:1 between man and woman. History illness sensibility palpation or tenderness were keys diagnostic approach. Pain was generally moderate, localized, continuous intermittent over a number hours days weeks amplified position movement that commonly located on left side chest. usually common benign condition, but it leads anxiety recurrence. Definitive treatment not yet confirmed for different condition causing isolated musculoskeletal poor. Therefore, some options avoid aggravating physical activities, stretching, simple analgesics needed are best choices current management.
